As a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), you will combine clinical therapy skills with an understanding of the real-life stressors clients bring into care. You will serve clients connected to Kansas through secure telehealth sessions, keeping care accessible from a private remote workspace. The position is structured, full-time, and focused on high-quality therapy rather than rushed interactions. Responsibilities · Manage a full-time telehealth caseload with reliable follow-through · Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and care updates · Assess client strengths, risks, barriers, and support systems · Use sound clinical judgment when referrals or additional support may be needed
