Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a Licensed Remote Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LP, etc.) to deliver high-quality mental health counseling through secure, virtual platforms. You will provide teletherapy to a diverse clientele, focusing on personalized care and clinical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of clients, conducting all therapy sessions remotely via approved video conferencing tools.
- Formulate comprehensive, individualized treatment strategies aligned with client objectives and clinical best practices.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring all client files, progress notes, and treatment plans are current and accurate.
- Engage in collaborative consultation with other mental health providers as necessary to ensure coordinated and effective client care.
- Uphold the highest levels of professional conduct and ethical standards in practice.
What We're Looking For
- Active state license in LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, etc.
- Experience providing psychotherapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
