Responsibilities
- Support patient preparation and recovery during pre-operative and post-operative visits, including participation in surgical processes.
- Instruct patients on proper pre- and post-surgery care, recovery protocols, and adherence to clinic guidelines.
- Observe patient conditions and report any complications to a Registered Nurse or supervising physician promptly.
- Ensure all clinical records are accurately maintained while upholding patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Follow established safety and sterilization practices to maintain a clean and secure clinic environment.
- Set up operating rooms, position patients appropriately, and prepare necessary surgical instruments.
- Document intraoperative details accurately, including time-out verification and surgical progress notes.
- Adhere to laser safety protocols, proper medication labeling, and safe handling of medical equipment.
- Help with post-procedure site care, dressing changes, and patient discharge procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage medical supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Utilize internal systems such as the Manuals Portal and Quality Management tools for compliance and recordkeeping.
- Participate in scheduled meetings, training sessions, and maintain all required professional certifications.
- Assist with clinical photography uploads, appointment coordination, and other routine clinic responsibilities.

- Must remain up to date with organizational policies, procedural updates, and safety documentation.
- Obligated to attend all mandatory staff meetings, training programs, and maintain current certifications.
