Responsibilities
- Support patient evaluations and surgical processes during pre-operative and post-operative visits.
- Inform patients about pre- and post-surgery care instructions, recovery protocols, and clinic guidelines.
- Observe patient reactions and report any issues to a Registered Nurse or Physician promptly.
- Ensure accurate medical records and uphold patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Follow clinic safety and equipment sterilization procedures to maintain a sterile environment.
- Prepare the operating room, position patients appropriately, and organize surgical instruments.
- Document intraoperative details accurately, including surgical checklists and procedural notes.
- Adhere to laser safety practices, proper medication labeling, and safe equipment operation.
- Assist with post-procedure cleanup, wound dressing, and patient discharge procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage medical supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Utilize internal systems such as the Manuals Portal and Quality Management tools for compliance tracking.
- Attend scheduled meetings, training sessions, and maintain all required certifications.
- Support photography documentation, appointment coordination, and other clinic operations.
- Demonstrate professional conduct, build positive patient relationships, and apply sound clinical reasoning.
- Follow OSHA, AAAHC, and internal quality standards in daily clinical practices.
- Contribute to achieving clinic performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Remain up to date with organizational policies, procedural updates, and safety documentation.

- Must demonstrate professionalism, maintain positive patient interactions, and exercise sound clinical judgment.
- Must be knowledgeable in and adhere to OSHA, AAAHC, and company-specific quality standards.
- Active participation in clinic performance goals and KPI tracking is required.
- Individuals must stay informed on current company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Additional duties may be assigned, and responsibilities may be adjusted as needed to support operational demands, within the scope of licensure and regulatory compliance.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and function effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting is required.
