Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW) to deliver virtual therapeutic care to clients across North Carolina. You will provide consistent support for individuals managing anxiety, stress, and life transitions from your secure home office with a structured weekday schedule.
What You'll Do
- Complete virtual assessments to determine client needs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain organized and confidential electronic health records.
- Collaborate with other providers as needed to support client care.
What We're Looking For
- Active North Carolina license (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW).
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in telehealth or outpatient settings.
- Proficiency with EHR and teletherapy tools.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
