Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual mental health care using evidence-based approaches. In this full-time role, you will conduct video therapy sessions, track patient progress, and maintain clinical documentation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct weekly live video sessions for adults managing a wide range of emotional challenges.
- Utilize assessment tools to track symptom changes, functional improvements, and goal achievements to adjust treatment as needed.
- Keep accurate clinical documentation through an intuitive therapist portal equipped with digital tools to streamline workflow.
- Collaborate with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical insights as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.
- Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in state of residence.
- At least one year of experience working independently as a licensed professional.
- Recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or similar evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for integrating digital tools into therapy.
- Commitment to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care to all populations.

- Multiple state licenses.
