OptiMindHealth (OMH) is seeking compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) to provide remote outpatient behavioral health services. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time work from home with a focus on patient-centered care within an integrated, interdisciplinary team model.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH
- Collaborate with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals
- Customize care for each individual patient
- Determine frequency and duration of patient sessions
- Provide individual psychotherapy
- Conduct family therapy as needed
- Conduct group therapy as needed
- Perform psychological testing as appropriate
- Focus on patient care without on-call responsibilities
- Cover care only for assigned patients
- Complete clinical documentation following treatment sessions
- Allow back-office support team to handle billing, collections, and credentialing
What We're Looking For
- Completion of an accredited program
- Certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC)
- Licensure in the state of Arizona
- Ability to practice independently in Arizona
Nice to Have
- Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Licensure in the state of Colorado

Compensation: 60K - 75K+ per year
Work Mode
Remote work from home; customizable full-time or part-time schedules; clinicians can set their own schedules between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Locations include Belgrade, MT (Remote), Colorado, and Massachusetts.
