What You'll Do
Deliver personalized mental health services as part of an integrated outpatient team, designing treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions as clinically appropriate, and administer psychological assessments when necessary. Maintain thorough clinical documentation and collaborate closely with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other behavioral health specialists to ensure coordinated care.
This role emphasizes clinical autonomy without on-call demands, allowing you to focus fully on patient well-being during regular business hours. You’ll set your own session frequency and schedule within a flexible framework, supporting consistent, long-term patient engagement.
Requirements
- Hold an active license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Colorado
- Have completed a graduate program from an accredited institution
- Be authorized to practice independently
