What You'll Do
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy as needed, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. You’ll have full autonomy in determining session frequency and duration, with the support of a collaborative care team. Conduct psychological assessments when appropriate and maintain accurate clinical documentation after each session.
Work within an integrated model that connects behavioral health with primary care, collaborating closely with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians. This role emphasizes consistent patient care without the burden of on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus entirely on therapeutic outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited clinical program
- Hold active licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Be authorized to practice independently in Colorado
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
