Responsibilities
- Assess mental health conditions, diagnose, and develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain ongoing documentation including updated diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per company policy
- Deliver high-quality client care and work with a dynamic team to address community gaps
- Apply creative interventions to help clients achieve and surpass goals
- Prepare and submit individual session documentation according to company guidelines and protocol
- For full-time status, maintain at least 32 available hours per week for patient care
- Coordinate services with other care providers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
