About the Role
This position involves delivering high-quality mental health services remotely to individuals and families. The clinician will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy while collaborating with healthcare teams to support holistic patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and family therapy using telehealth platforms
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists
- Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Respond to client crises within established protocols
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with licensing board requirements
- Support client engagement and retention in treatment
- Utilize validated screening tools when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Uphold cultural sensitivity in all client interactions
Nice to Have
- Experience working in integrated care settings
- Training in cognitive behavioral therapy or similar modalities
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish
- Prior telehealth experience
- Experience with veteran or military populations
