Responsibilities
- Assess mental health conditions, diagnose, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation such as diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per company policy.
- Deliver high-quality client care and work with a dynamic team to address community gaps.
- Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual session documentation according to company guidelines and protocols.
- For full-time status, maintain at least 32 available patient care hours per week.
- Coordinate services with other care providers, family members, work personnel, medical staff, other company staff, and school personnel as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
