You will help clients understand relational patterns, strengthen coping skills, and make useful changes between sessions. Your day will include scheduled sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and steady follow-up with clients in Florida. Strong documentation, ethical practice, and genuine client engagement matter every day in this position. Responsibilities · Track progress and adjust treatment goals when client needs change · Coordinate referrals or added support when clinically appropriate · Support clients with communication, conflict, life transitions, and emotional stressors · Use MFT-informed interventions that fit each client's presenting concerns
