Responsibilities
- Provide remote therapy services for individuals, couples, and families
- Assess client needs and identify appropriate treatment goals
- Support clients with communication issues, conflict resolution, stress management, and emotional concerns
- Use evidence-based therapy methods that fit each client’s situation
- Track progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Document sessions according to clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current Illinois LMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
- Previous clinical experience with couples, families, or individual therapy
- Knowledge of family systems, relational therapy, and mental health treatment planning
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong professional judgment and clear written communication
