About the Role

Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients using leads supplied by the company
- Conduct needs assessments to determine suitable insurance solutions
- Present life insurance products tailored to individual client goals
- Guide applicants through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
- Follow up with prospects to address questions and close sales
- Stay current on product features, pricing, and industry regulations
- Meet or exceed monthly performance benchmarks
- Uphold professional standards in all client communications
- Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve client issues
- Complete required compliance and licensing documentation
- Adhere to state-specific insurance regulations and ethical guidelines
- Participate in scheduled training and coaching sessions
- Utilize digital tools for scheduling, outreach, and tracking
