About the Role
This position is for a licensed professional who will sell life insurance products remotely using company-generated leads, maintain compliance, and deliver excellent customer service to drive sales and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales by contacting and following up with leads provided by the company
- Explain life insurance products and policy details to prospective clients
- Guide customers through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and product offerings
- Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal guidelines
- Submit applications and required documentation accurately and on time
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide ongoing support
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Stay current with licensing requirements and complete continuing education
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as scheduled
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions and manage follow-ups
- Build trust with clients through transparent and ethical communication
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client data
- Collaborate with operations and underwriting teams when needed
