About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads provided by the company
- Conduct life insurance needs assessments with prospective clients
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions clearly
- Obtain signed applications and ensure accurate data entry
- Follow up with clients throughout the underwriting process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings
- Adhere to all state and federal insurance regulations
- Submit applications to underwriting within required timeframes
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales expectations
- Participate in scheduled training sessions
- Uphold professional standards in all client interactions
- Report sales activity according to agency protocols
- Resolve client questions about policy status or documentation
- Maintain active life insurance license in good standing
- Complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Use CRM tools to track client communications
- Coordinate with support staff for document processing
- Ensure compliance with advertising and sales guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
