Partner with a cross-functional team to create a best-in-class experience for D2C clients and enterprise partners
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide ongoing feedback on software product development
Serve as a subject matter expert across software solutions
Contribute to case studies involving the use of the platform
Serve as frontline licensed support for clients
Deliver high-value meetings with clients seeking investment advice and guidance
Manage a client book of business
Deploy proactive relationship-building strategies to the D2C client base
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide ongoing feedback on enterprise software solutions

Experience working in an RIA model is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience supporting advisors in roles involving learning and development or strategic initiatives is a plus
