Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide crucial mental health support via telehealth. In this role, you will help individuals navigate challenges while ensuring continuity of care through thoughtful clinical decision-making and collaboration within a remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical reviews
- Develop and monitor client-centered treatment plans
- Document services in compliance with clinical standards
- Collaborate with care teams on treatment progress
- Provide clinical input and oversight when applicable
What We're Looking For
- Active North Carolina LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in mental health or outpatient services
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
