Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote care team supporting adult clients across Tennessee. This role focuses on direct clinical work, including assessment, therapy, and care planning. You’ll work within a structured telehealth model that removes administrative strain and allows your attention to stay on client outcomes and continuity of care.
What You'll Do
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical intakes
- Provide ongoing individual therapy via telehealth
- Develop and maintain treatment plans aligned with client needs
- Document sessions accurately and on time
- Coordinate care when additional services or referrals are needed
What We're Looking For
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Tennessee
- Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans
- Proficiency in providing individual therapy
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate care and make appropriate referrals
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
