Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location and Role Details Location: New Haven, Connecticut Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary In this role, you will provide therapy through secure virtual sessions while keeping the experience personal and professional. Clients may be working through grief, trauma histories, anxiety, depression, life pressure, relationship concerns, or major transitions. The position is listed in New Haven, but the daily work happens through a secure virtual care model. Responsibilities · Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and care updates · Use clinical social work skills to connect emotional needs with practical next steps · Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional care standards · Use sound clinical judgment when referrals or additional support may be needed
