Seasoned Recruitment is hiring a License Eligible Mental Health Group Coordinator - REMOTE

About the Role

The ideal candidate will facilitate therapeutic group sessions, maintain client records, coordinate treatment plans, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive client outcomes in a remote clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead structured therapy groups for individuals with mental health conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in electronic health records
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors and treatment teams to adjust group plans as needed
  • Monitor participant engagement and progress throughout the treatment cycle
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct pre-group screenings and intake assessments for new participants
  • Develop and distribute educational materials for group members
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide emotional support between sessions
  • Track attendance, outcomes, and feedback from group participants
  • Participate in regular supervision and case review meetings
  • Stay current with best practices in group therapy and mental health treatment
  • Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements
  • Support crisis intervention protocols when necessary
  • Coordinate referrals to additional services as needed
  • Uphold ethical standards and professional boundaries in all interactions

Nice to Have

  • Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in group facilitation
  • Training in cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy
  • Experience in telehealth service delivery
  • Bilingual abilities in commonly spoken community languages
