Responsibilities
- Support the National Development Team and EVP of Construction and project team to facilitate the successful execution of large scale ground-up development projects and stadium/entertainment projects.
- Assist in the negotiation of Public Private Partnerships, including Tax Increment Finance, federal and state grants and agreements with various state/federal agencies.
- Assist in the negotiation of all contracts for the various project team members.
- Assist in the risk mitigation strategy for the project.
- Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Collaborate with Acquisition Team to conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and financial modeling.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met within established parameters.
- Assist in the acquisition of entitlements, permits, and approvals from regulatory agencies and local jurisdictions.
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports and presentations as needed.
- Support the procurement process by soliciting bids, reviewing proposals, and assisting with negotiating contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities, expenses, and correspondence.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Development Manager or senior management.
- Assist the development team in the lease-up process by coordinating tenant improvement pricing, budgets, and coordinating on-site execution of the improvements.

Additional Information
- Willingness to travel on a bi-weekly basis to weekly basis project locations throughout the United States.
- This position is 100% in-office.
- The role requires working in office during standard business hours.
- Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
