Responsibilities
- Assist the human resources team in maintaining adherence to labor laws in France and more than 20 foreign countries
- Conduct legal assessments of current operational procedures
- Deliver legal assistance to HR specialists on employee onboarding, termination processes, and routine employment issues
- Compile periodic summaries on recent or upcoming legal developments
- Chart legal duties related to employee representative bodies, especially concerning mandatory consultation procedures
- Draft meeting invitations, agendas, and informational materials for employee representatives and attend CSE sessions as needed
- Contribute to drafting or updating company-level collective agreements and internal policies
