About the Role
The Legal Counsel will play a key role in advising on legal matters, drafting and reviewing agreements, mitigating risk, and supporting business operations across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Advise internal teams on legal implications of business decisions

- Develop and deliver legal training to non-legal staff

- Review product labeling and safety documentation
- Handle data privacy and cybersecurity legal requirements

- Manage outside legal expenses and vendor relationships
- Conduct due diligence for new business opportunities
