Responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements with clients, partners, and suppliers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
- Provide legal and business guidance to internal teams and leadership across all functions.
- Capture legal expertise in documentation and lead training sessions for legal colleagues and business units.
- Assess and advise on legal and compliance risks tied to product design, launch, and promotion.
- Conduct rapid legal research and deliver concise analysis on complex issues.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives involving multiple jurisdictions and legal systems.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen legal team workflows and implement process improvements.
- Track evolving regulations and take proactive steps to ensure organizational compliance.
- Assist in managing legal disputes and litigation processes.
- Respond to inquiries and lead internal coordination for investigations by government agencies.
