Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end legal operations, including regulatory filings, government and commercial agreements, workforce-related legal issues, and intellectual property risk management.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee internal legal systems, standard contract templates such as master service agreements and non-disclosure agreements, and compliance programs including adherence to FCC regulations and state-level licensing requirements.
