Responsibilities
- Prepare, assess, and negotiate business-to-business agreements with clients, vendors, partners, and large enterprises, covering digital services, SaaS, data processing, trust solutions, and compliance-related contracts
- Assist in entering the DACH region by reviewing and negotiating contracts in German, advising sales and partnerships teams, and coordinating with local legal advisors as necessary
- Advise on European Union digital legislation such as eIDAS/eIDAS 2, GDPR, AI Act, Data Act, NIS2, DORA, and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Convert legal and regulatory obligations into actionable guidance, internal policies, contract provisions, operational playbooks, and risk evaluations
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and business units to support the design and commercialization of trust and digital identity solutions in Poland and across Europe
- Respond to legal inquiries from potential clients, existing customers, and internal stakeholders
- Support corporate and group-level legal matters, including intercompany agreements and internal group cooperation
- Track and analyze legal and regulatory changes affecting digital identity, AI, data governance, and technology contracts
- Coordinate with external legal counsel in Poland and internationally, particularly for issues related to the DACH region
Nice to Have
- Holds a professional legal qualification such as attorney-at-law or advocate
- Has worked on projects involving electronic signatures, trust services, digital identity, eIDAS, or EUDI Wallet initiatives
- Possesses experience in or understanding of the legal and business environment in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
- Background in highly regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, public sector, healthcare, telecommunications, or cybersecurity
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, data governance policies, or implementation of DORA and NIS2 directives
- Completed an LL.M. or postgraduate studies in technology law, data protection, AI regulation, or European legal systems
- Has developed standardized contract playbooks, legal knowledge repositories, scalable templates, or internal training resources
