About the Role
The Leasing Coordinator ensures smooth leasing workflows by managing tenant inquiries, preparing lease agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate leasing activities between property managers and prospective tenants
- Maintain up-to-date records of lease applications and tenant information
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding property availability and terms
- Prepare and distribute lease documents for review and signing
- Track lease status from application to move-in
- Verify tenant qualifications and documentation
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate access

- Assist in onboarding new tenants with orientation materials
