Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end learning operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality administrative support
- Establish and maintain operational standards, processes, and service level expectations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
- Oversee training schedules across Jebel Ali, Al Taweelah, and additional locations
- Balance capacity, learner demand, and operational constraints across sites
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Manage contractor support across administrative and operational activities
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, and service delivery
- Ensure contractors meet quality and compliance expectations
- Own triage and response processes for learning operations communication channels
- Ensure timely, clear, and professional responses to learners and stakeholders
- Monitor volume, response times, and escalation pathways
- Ensure all administrative processes align with client policies and standards
- Maintain documentation, audit trails, and operational records
- Support audit activities and implement corrective actions where needed
- Lead and develop a team of Training Coordinators and administrative staff
- Set expectations, provide coaching, and drive performance
- Build a service-oriented, accountable team culture
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in learning operations, training administration, or operational management
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and distributed teams
- Strong background in scheduling, coordination, and administrative process management
- Experience managing contractors or vendors in a service delivery environment
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and quality
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have
- Lean/Six Sigma or operations certifications are a plus
