Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 8–12 years of hands-on instructional design and learning development experience
- Deep command of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Proven ability to independently create high-quality storyboards, scripts, and learning content
- Strong learning strategy and performance consulting skills
- Experience mentoring or leading small teams of instructional designers
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standards
- Strong proficiency with common business tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Demonstrated expertise using Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for learning design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality
Nice to Have
- Experience designing simulations or scenario-based learning
- Visual design or multimedia production knowledge
- Familiarity with learning analytics or reporting
- Background in change management or performance consulting
- Experience working in global, client-facing environments
