Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is hiring a Learning Executive to champion our core values and align all learning initiatives with the hotel's mission and vision. You will be instrumental in developing our team's skills and fostering a culture of continuous growth.
What You'll Do
- Help drive the company's philosophy and values through all learning activities.
- Ensure all training and development is strategically linked to the organization's mission.
- Plan the monthly training calendar and communicate plans to the team.
- Deliver standard training modules based on the hotel's specific requirements.
- Design programs identified through the annual training needs analysis.
- Update the learning & development communication board and assist with policy implementation.
- Source and liaise with external institutions for specialized external programs.
- Provide career counselling to team members, recommending training and cross-training opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A B.A. degree in HR, Talent Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent alternative.
- 2 years' experience in developing, implementing, and administering training programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
