Responsibilities
- Share foundational knowledge of the learning platform and act as a product expert for clients.
- Manage client projects tied to strategic goals, offering best practices and guidance to meet objectives.
- Work closely with team members and contribute to planning and execution of service delivery.
- Apply analytical thinking and research to solve moderately complex problems efficiently.
- Stay organized, flexible, and responsive with minimal supervision.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to their specific use cases, goals, and strategies independently.
- Deliver standardized and customized training sessions for diverse groups with varying sizes and skill levels.
- Create and update training content, including video tutorials and self-guided online courses.
- Offer advisory support across educational sectors to improve platform engagement and adoption.
- Assist clients in managing organizational change related to technology implementation.
- Support advanced platform utilization through training, consultation, and aligning teaching goals with system capabilities.
- Conduct virtual webinars, in-person training, and contribute to internal training as required.
- Investigate client goals and needs to inform service customization and enhance user experience.
- Determine when extra training, support, or consulting is necessary to meet client outcomes.
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives that align with departmental objectives.
- Pursue professional development opportunities and incorporate feedback for growth.
- Set project forecasts, track milestones, ensure revenue recognition, and report forecast risks to leadership.
