About the Role

The role involves creating scalable learning solutions by applying instructional design principles, collaborating with subject matter experts, and leveraging technology to deliver impactful training programs across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop learning programs using proven instructional methodologies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs
  • Transform complex technical content into accessible learning materials
  • Utilize learning management systems to deploy and track training
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia content for courses
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
  • Ensure learning solutions meet accessibility and compliance standards
  • Apply adult learning principles to course design
  • Manage multiple projects within established timelines
  • Stay current with trends in learning technology and pedagogy
  • Iterate on course content based on learner performance data
  • Support onboarding programs for new employees
  • Develop microlearning modules for just-in-time training
  • Integrate interactive elements to increase learner engagement
  • Work with vendors and external partners when necessary
  • Maintain version control and documentation for all learning assets
  • Align curriculum with business objectives and skill frameworks
  • Facilitate workshops and learning sessions as needed
  • Use authoring tools to produce e-learning content
  • Support global teams with regionally appropriate training materials
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning across departments
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across courses
  • Assist in defining learning metrics and success indicators
  • Conduct needs analysis to guide curriculum development
  • Support change management initiatives through targeted learning
