Responsibilities

- Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia content for courses
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
- Ensure learning solutions meet accessibility and compliance standards
- Apply adult learning principles to course design
- Manage multiple projects within established timelines
- Stay current with trends in learning technology and pedagogy
- Iterate on course content based on learner performance data
- Support onboarding programs for new employees
- Develop microlearning modules for just-in-time training
- Integrate interactive elements to increase learner engagement
- Work with vendors and external partners when necessary
- Maintain version control and documentation for all learning assets
- Align curriculum with business objectives and skill frameworks
- Facilitate workshops and learning sessions as needed
- Use authoring tools to produce e-learning content
- Support global teams with regionally appropriate training materials
- Promote a culture of continuous learning across departments
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across courses
- Assist in defining learning metrics and success indicators
