Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's Learning Management System (Docebo), overseeing learning paths, certifications, user access, automated course assignments, reporting, and ongoing enhancements to employee learning experiences.
- Design, launch, and manage enterprise-wide learning initiatives, including new employee onboarding, recurring compliance training, and role-based learning tracks across departments.
- Collaborate with leaders in EHS, Operations, QA, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Security, and HR to identify training needs, evaluate skill deficiencies, and coordinate the creation and upkeep of training materials.
- Stay current with federal, state, local, and internal training mandates, working with teams to ensure training content meets regulatory changes and business demands.
- Ensure training records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready, while managing governance, certification timelines, review cycles, versioning, and documentation standards.
- Monitor training completion rates, refresh cycles, compliance data, and program outcomes, delivering dashboards and insights to help leadership assess readiness and improve performance.
- Act as the primary contact for learning operations, supporting employees, managers, and subject matter experts, resolving issues, and maintaining a consistent learning experience for remote and on-site staff.
- Find ways to enhance training efficiency through automation, process refinement, and scalable systems that support company growth.
- Assist with internal and external audits by supplying training records, compliance documentation, and proof of employee qualifications.
- Travel regularly (25-40%) to support onboarding, company-wide training, leadership sessions, and strategic learning events.

- Approximately 25-40% travel to company offices and sites is required.
- Remote employees must travel to headquarters in Santa Clara, CA twice per quarter based on business needs, including team meetings, off-sites, and company events.
- Employees must be physically present at the Santa Clara headquarters for the first two weeks of onboarding.
