Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise, educational background, and professional experience sufficient to fulfill all obligations under the base IDIQ and all task orders awarded as part of this engagement
- Proven background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and applications
- Experience providing support for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives
- Ability to prototype and develop automated tools aligned with operational needs of re-engineered processes
- Proficiency in LEAN analysis and improving process efficiency
- Experience supporting contract lifecycle management processes within a Federal Government Agency context

- Position is contract contingent or W-2
- ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary
- Support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes
- Conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements
- Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of a Federal Agency’s Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS)
- Project focuses on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at Contract Management Offices (CMOs)
- Developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures
