Responsibilities

- Track client progress across defined milestones
- Maintain session documentation and coaching notes
- Uphold ethical coaching standards and confidentiality
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Participate in supervision and peer review sessions
- Integrate feedback to improve coaching effectiveness
- Use assessments to inform coaching strategies
- Help clients build resilience and emotional intelligence
