INNIO is hiring a Lead Warranty Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end warranty claims process and negotiate balanced resolutions acceptable to both the organization and clients
  • Supervise the return and handling of components and materials related to warranty claims
  • Examine, evaluate, and conduct tests on mechanical and electrical parts as required
  • Interpret technical documents including safety protocols, maintenance and repair manuals, engineering change requests, schematics, quality reports, and standard procedures
  • Collect and verify all necessary documentation and evidence to support root cause investigations, vendor claims, and improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and present technical findings and root cause reports to justify claim approvals or denials
  • Utilize Salesforce tools to log, monitor, and manage product issue cases
  • Promote high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent focus on service quality
  • Coordinate warranty-related service activities, parts orders, and shipping logistics
  • Engage in cross-functional teams such as new product introduction groups, special projects, and task forces as needed
  • Collaborate with finance teams to produce monthly summaries and quarterly financial updates
  • Perform all tasks in alignment with established quality standards and internal work instructions
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through involvement in root cause analyses, CI boards, and case review learnings
