Fraxioned is hiring a Lead UX professional to shape the digital experience for our customers. You will be passionate about user-centered design, ensuring a seamless and delightful journey from interest to ownership.

What You'll Do

Lead the design and enhancement of UX/UI for Fraxioned's digital platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create user-centered design solutions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business objectives and user needs.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative user data to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and elevate the design process.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's Degree.
Proven experience as a UX designer or similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and process.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
A solid understanding of user research methods and usability testing techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
