Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and continuously improve the global paid social strategy across the B2C product portfolio, focusing primarily on Meta and TikTok.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Paid Social team by setting goals, distributing tasks, reviewing performance, raising execution quality, and assisting with hiring and onboarding.
- Manage budget allocation, forecasting, and performance for the entire portfolio across products, markets, and funnels, including Tier-1 regions and monthly media spend exceeding six figures.
- Convert company growth targets into actionable plans for channels, markets, and teams, linked to paying subscribers, revenue, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on ad spend.
- Create a rigorous experimentation program covering audiences, creatives, bidding, placements, offers, and landing pages, including hypothesis design, sample size planning, and statistically valid interpretation.
- Develop an efficient creative testing and production workflow in collaboration with creative, product, and localization teams.
- Oversee measurement quality, conversion tracking, and attribution across app, mobile web, and desktop, identifying data gaps and working with analytics and engineering to resolve them.
- Analyze portfolio and funnel performance, identify scalable growth opportunities, and deliver clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Evaluate new acquisition channels and measurement methods, including DSPs, programmatic media, connected TV, and incrementality testing.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including account structure, bidding, audience targeting, creative optimization, automation, policy compliance, and scaling.
- Advanced understanding of performance economics and funnel metrics such as CAC/CPA, ROAS, LTV, LTV-to-CAC, payback period, CPI, CPM, CTR, and CVR.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, including hypothesis formulation, experimental design, sample size and power concepts, confidence intervals, statistical significance, variance, and common testing biases.
- Ability to differentiate correlation from causation and apply incrementality testing, holdouts, and lift studies when assessing channel impact.
- Deep knowledge of attribution and measurement across app, mobile web, and desktop, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and mobile measurement platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; working knowledge of SQL and BI tools is strongly preferred.
- Strong capability in budget allocation, forecasting, scenario modeling, pacing, and performance reporting for high-spend international accounts.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes for campaigns, creative testing, analytics, and quality assurance for a team.
