- Conduct candidate assessments with a focus on technical competence and cultural alignment
- Manage candidate experience from outreach through offer stage
- Use data to refine recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire metrics
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Represent the company at industry events and academic forums
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates
- Advise hiring managers on market trends and competitive compensation
- Support onboarding by ensuring smooth handoff to HR and teams
- Evaluate sourcing channels for effectiveness and cost-efficiency
- Create inclusive job descriptions that attract diverse applicants
- Stay current on AI/ML research and development trends
- Drive equity in hiring through structured interview practices
