About the Role
This role is responsible for guiding large-scale technical programs from concept to completion, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams while maintaining focus on long-term platform stability and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact technical programs
- Coordinate across engineering, product, and design teams to ensure timely delivery
- Define program goals, milestones, and success metrics
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies
- Maintain detailed program schedules and track progress
- Support agile development practices across distributed teams
- Drive alignment on priorities across multiple teams
- Manage change control processes for technical initiatives
- Ensure documentation standards are followed
- Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement efforts
- Champion best practices in program management
- Work closely with architects on technical planning
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans
- Monitor delivery against timelines and quality benchmarks
- Advocate for user needs within technical planning
- Support incident response coordination when needed
- Evaluate tools and workflows for program efficiency
- Foster collaboration in a remote-first environment
- Promote transparency in status reporting
- Integrate feedback from diverse stakeholders
- Balance short-term needs with long-term technical vision
- Escalate blockers and resource constraints proactively
- Ensure compliance with platform reliability standards
