Responsibilities
- Build and manage a talented, diverse, inclusive team of product managers, owners, and associates
- Shape the product tech roadmap for both short-term and long-term goals
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, user experience, customer experience, and data analysts to deliver high-quality experiences across markets, platforms, and product surfaces
- Implement and foster adoption of product management processes and best practices across the team
- Craft and own the tech vision for the product space in the organization and steer the team and experiences towards that North Star
- Develop product talent to build a thriving culture where the team grow in their careers and feel a strong sense of belonging and impact
