Responsibilities
- Drive full lifecycle delivery of the traffic platform, defining problems, executing solutions, and maintaining transparency on progress and risks for stakeholders.
- Tackle ambiguous and intricate challenges by evaluating trade-offs and recommending practical solutions that align reliability, performance, security, and development effort.
- Guarantee system stability and quality by designing for failure, implementing comprehensive testing and monitoring, and leading incident response with preventive follow-up.
- Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, set priorities, and translate goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Integrate AI and intelligent agents into daily workflows to diagnose issues, generate and review code, assess solutions, and automate tasks, promoting team-wide adoption of secure AI practices.
- Develop and keep up-to-date technical documentation and operational runbooks to empower engineers to confidently manage and maintain the traffic platform.
- Support team growth through constructive feedback, code and design reviews, pair programming, and active participation in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Engage in on-call and support duties, using incident data and metrics to identify and implement lasting improvements to systems and processes.
