Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, set priorities, and translate goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
Integrate AI and intelligent agents into daily workflows to diagnose issues, generate and review code, assess solutions, and automate tasks, promoting team-wide adoption of secure AI practices.
Develop and keep up-to-date technical documentation and operational runbooks to empower engineers to confidently manage and maintain the traffic platform.
Support team growth through constructive feedback, code and design reviews, pair programming, and active participation in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Engage in on-call and support duties, using incident data and metrics to identify and implement lasting improvements to systems and processes.
