Responsibilities
- Partner with product and hardware engineering teams to identify and understand technical challenges.
- Design, implement, test, and refine software solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow lead developers through co-design, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Contribute across the full backend stack, including data models, algorithms, pipelines, infrastructure, APIs, database queries, and machine learning components.
- Advance software development practices by adopting, applying, and improving high-quality engineering standards.
