Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of technology initiatives and manage a team of developers experienced in microservices and full stack development to deliver systems that support regulatory compliance.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends, explore new tools and frameworks, engage with technology communities, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Work closely with digital product managers to design and deploy reliable cloud-native applications that enhance financial accessibility for millions of users.
- Apply expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Go, and HTML/CSS, along with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, AWS services, and both relational and non-relational databases.
Compensation
Eligible for performance-based incentives including cash bonuses and long-term incentives, which may be discretionary or non-discretionary based on plan.
