Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and improvements for international ticketing systems
- Lead the architectural direction and ongoing development of the FanSight front-end platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build intuitive, accessible, and responsive customer applications serving millions of users
- Define and implement front-end engineering standards covering component design, performance, accessibility, testing, and code maintainability
- Enhance user experience and system performance to support traffic surges and large-scale usage
- Develop scalable modules for internal tools and external partner integrations
- Build core services and APIs that support critical infrastructure and product functionality
- Work alongside engineers, architects, analysts, and product teams to create innovative technical solutions
- Participate in design and code reviews to uphold coding standards and software quality
- Produce reliable, thoroughly tested code using open-source languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless customer and fan experiences
- Take full ownership of systems and products within the FanSight platform, balancing development with strategic planning and team leadership
- Define yearly technology roadmaps and capacity planning, making key technical decisions
- Set and enforce standards for coding, code reviews, and engineering practices across the team
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to grow team members' skills
- Lead sprint pre-planning, task allocation, and feasibility assessments for new features
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, stability, and maintainability, and proactively address technical risks
- Coordinate with security teams on audits and resolution of security findings
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering and stakeholders such as product, project management, and cross-functional partners
