Responsibilities
- Design scalable architectures to manage software complexity across a large and expanding fleet of devices
- Develop and maintain observability platforms, including dashboards and monitoring systems using tools such as Grafana
- Oversee the full lifecycle of software releases, prioritizing system reliability and minimizing operational risk
- Build data pipelines and analytical tools to monitor release performance and detect issues proactively
- Define and enforce standardized release protocols, ensuring teams follow established safety procedures
- Implement automated testing and alerting systems to prevent customer-impacting issues
- Lead incident response during critical outages, making rapid decisions under pressure
