Responsibilities
- Deploy features, migrations, refactors, and new product workflows built by autonomous agents into production environments.
- Integrate with engineering teams to deliver clear, quantifiable business results.
- Architect and manage ecosystems of autonomous agents, including tooling, context management, evaluation systems, and feedback mechanisms.
- Convert product and engineering objectives into workflows executed by autonomous agents.
- Operate across a range of technologies such as GCP, Java, Flutter, and Golang to support team delivery and speed.
- Automate system patching, updates, and maintenance tasks across the stack to reduce manual work without slowing feature output.
- Enhance engineering performance by improving key delivery metrics like deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and recovery time.
- Develop reusable components such as skills, templates, operational guides, and assessment frameworks for broad team adoption.
- Guide engineers through active collaboration and share proven development practices.
- Test and iterate on emerging tools and methods in agentic software development.
- Track and optimize engineering performance using metrics including throughput, cycle time, defect rates, and time-to-merge.
- Take ownership of results and validate the effectiveness of agentic engineering through data-driven insights.
