About the Role
This role seeks a technical leader to drive resilience and test automation strategy for Fulfillment services, combining deep software engineering expertise with operational rigor, observability, modern testing, and AI-driven automation.
Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy focused on system reliability, resilience, and software development lifecycle quality across engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance key performance indicators such as incident volume, impact, detection speed, mitigation time, alert precision, and test coverage.
- Elevate technical governance by actively contributing to and influencing critical engineering decisions.
- Monitor advancements in reliability engineering and agentic AI, proposing and testing novel tools and methodologies.
- Discover and implement high-impact applications of agentic AI to strengthen system reliability, incident management, and engineering efficiency.
- Perform thorough code reviews and enforce adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Lead incident response efforts with a focus on rapid, safe resolution while minimizing service disruption.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and promote a culture rooted in engineering excellence.
